Speed-Specific Training is dedicated speed development for athletes who want to get measurably faster. We train the mechanics behind acceleration, top-end speed, and change of direction, then build the strength and power that drive them.

Programming is built around your sport and position, so the speed you develop in training shows up where it counts — first strides, loose-puck races, and separation from defenders.

Acceleration & First-Step Quickness

The first few steps win races. We train explosive starts, sprint mechanics, and the lower-body power that produces a faster first step and quicker recovery between efforts.

Top-End Speed & Sprint Mechanics

Clean mechanics let you reach and hold a higher top speed. Sessions refine stride, posture, and rhythm so you carry more speed with less wasted energy.

Change of Direction & Agility

Speed only matters if you can control it. Multi-directional drills, deceleration, and cutting build the agility to change direction sharply and accelerate out of it.
